By accessing the BattleTask App, accessible from https://www.battletask.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App. The materials contained in the App are protected by copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on the BattleTask App for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

BattleTask or its suppliers will not be held accountable for any damages that arise from the use or inability to use the materials in the App, even if BattleTask or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
